Circadia Performance Begins With Education The Circadia Skin Care Institute was born out of Dr. Pugliese’s passion for teaching. He firmly believes that continuing education is vital to the skin care professional, who needs to truly understand the science and physiology of the skin. He supports this belief by offering courses in subjects such as microbiology, product formulation, and skin conditions, not just product knowledge of one skin care line. Dr. Pugliese himself, along with qualified professional estheticians, teaches the courses.
