What You’ll Do:
- Organize and maintain regulatory documents, including Product Information Files (PIFs), notifications, and certifications.
- Compile notification packs and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards for international submissions.
- Communicate with raw material and packaging suppliers to obtain compliance documentation.
- Track submission timelines and renewal dates to maintain active product compliance.
- Assist with preparation and submission of filings and product notifications to global regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with departments such as Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure compliance across product lifecycles.
- Perform general administrative and recordkeeping tasks to support departmental efficiency.
- Help gather and organize information on global regulatory updates and industry changes.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Manufacturing and/or Regulatory Field
- Knowledge of FDA Requirements for OTC Products
Job Type: Full-Time | Location: On-Site in Reading, PA
