Job Summary:

Circadia is seeking a Warehouse Associate who will support inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance. This role ensures that incoming shipments are received accurately, inventory records remain precise, and customer orders are packaged and dispatched with excellence.

The Warehouse Associate collaborates with cross-functional teams and upholds safety standards to support the company's operational and logistics goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments accurately.
• Pick, package, and ship customer orders with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support warehouse upkeep tasks, including assembling shelving and waste disposal.
• Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and policies.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience required.
• Experience with heavy equipment such as forklifts and joeys required.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software, preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: On-Site in Reading, PA
