Job Summary:

The Sanitation Technician supports Circadia’s compounding department by ensuring strict cleanliness and sanitation across equipment, floors, and production zones.

This position plays a critical role in upholding GMP and FDA standards, contributing to overall manufacturing efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and eager to learn more about compounding processes as they gain experience in this fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and sanitize production floors, surfaces, and equipment per GMP and FDA standards.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery and tools to prepare for production cycles.
• Maintain accurate sanitation documentation and follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage.
• Fetch and stage raw materials to support compounding workflows.
• Support end-of-day tear-down and set up next-day production zones.
• Assist Compounding Technicians and observe processes to build foundational knowledge.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve workflow or sanitation challenges.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with scales and balances required.
• Manufacturing experience required, preferably 2 years or more.
• Previous sanitation, janitorial, or cleaning experience in a GMP-regulated setting preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting 50-60 lbs. on a regular basis required.
• Strong mental and manual dexterity required.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP/SOP protocols strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal directions.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the compounding and manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: On-Site in Reading, PA
