Celebrating Black History Month

At Circadia, we have worked hard to create a skincare line where every company type across the globe can be treated using our products. Inclusivity is a main component of our mission as we expand globally.Circadia proudly celebrates Black History Month in our efforts to promote inclusivity by commemorating the remarkable achievements of our outstanding skin care professionals in the Black community.

Did you know Circadia offers a scholarship to Black, Indigenous, People of Color who are pursuing a career in esthetics or cosmetic chemistry? Named after Michael Q. Pugliese’s daughter, Sage, the scholarship was formed because,

We award four recipients a $5,000 scholarship annually to celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and affirmation through the Sage Michaela Lucas “Timing is Everything” scholarship. The scholarship is open to esthetics students enrolled in an accredited program and who identify as black, indigenous or persons of color (BIPOC). The scholarship grant targets esthetic students pursuing a career in aesthetics, skincare formulation and/or cosmetic chemistry.The scholarship has allowed many skin care professionals to graduate debt-free, which takes a big burden off their shoulders.

said Chandali Gullick, a 2022 scholarship winner.

Applicant Qualifications:

• The applicants must identify as a person of color to qualify: BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or person of color
• This scholarship is open to new or currently enrolled students in an esthetics program that leads to licensure in the U.S. or Canada
• The applicant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older by the start date of the program at the accredited school or institution.
