STEP 1: Set Up Your Dropship Store

Complete the Public Facing Details in your BA account. This information is used to create your customer-facing Circadia store, so make sure everything is complete and accurate.

Once your information is submitted, your store can be created!  You will then receive an email from the NetSuite platform to create your password to log into the backend of your retail store.

If you are unsure where to submit this information, log into your account on www.circadia.com, click the 3 lines in the top right corner, find the Business Accelerator tab and select Public-Facing Business Details

STEP 2: Set Up Your Commission Payments

Keep an eye on your inbox for an email from WorkMarket.

All Business Accelerator members must complete their WorkMarket setup, regardless of whether you choose cash commission or store credit. This includes completing the required banking and tax information so your account is fully set up and eligible for commission payouts.

Sharing coupon codes is completely optional. Active codes apply across participating BA dropship stores. Individual store-specific codes are not currently available.

Circadia invests in national advertising designed to create consumer demand for Circadia treatments and connect interested consumers with participating BA providers.

Individual leads are not guaranteed. Lead volume can vary based on your location, consumer demand, and the treatment a consumer is searching for. Think of Circadia’s advertising as another way we help put your business in front of potential clients.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• A consumer sees Circadia advertising:
  They discover Circadia treatments through national advertising and digital marketing.
• They look for a provider:
  Interested consumers can search for a Circadia provider near them.
  
• They submit their information:
  They tell us what treatment they're interested in and provide their contact information.
• Leads are matched by location:
  When applicable, consumer opportunities are distributed to participating BA providers based on geographic areas.
  
• This is where YOU come in:
  When you receive a lead, follow up quickly, introduce yourself and help turn that interest into an appointment.
