Circadia New Retail Packaging & Branding FAQ

Q: Has the product formula changed? 

A: No — the formulations, ingredients, and product performance you know and trust remain exactly the same. Only the packaging and visual identity have been updated.

Q: Why did Circadia update its packaging and branding?

A: Circadia’s new packaging reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. The refreshed look aligns with our scientific roots, while maintaining the trust and recognition our customers have come to expect.   

The update modernizes our brand, enhances consistency across our product lines, and better communicates our philosophy rooted in chronobiology. 

Q: When will the new packaging be available?

A: The new packaging will begin shipping to US orders on Friday, February 20, 2026. 

Q: Will the product names stay the same?

A: Yes, most product names remain the same. The goal of this update is to elevate the look, feel, and functionality of the packaging—not to change the product identity.

  • White Veil → Radiant Veil Brightener
  • Emergency Eye Lift → Eye Lift

Q:  Are back bar products changing?

A:  No, back bar products are not changing at this time.

Q: What are the key differences in the new packaging?

A: The new packaging features: 

  • A clean, modern design that highlights Circadia’s scientific and professional image
  • Updated color palette inspired by Circadia blue and natural neutrals
  • Improved labeling for easier product identification
  • Recyclable and more sustainable materials where possible
  • Improved functionality

Q: Will the product sizes or containers change?

A: In most cases, sizes remain the same. Some containers have been updated for improved functionality, preservation, and sustainability. Any minor size or shape updates will be clearly noted on product listings.

  • Vitamin Veil Cleanser is now 6.7 oz (instead of 8 oz)
  • Vitamin A Gel is now 0.5 oz (instead of 1 oz)

These updates were made to improve packaging functionality and align each product with others in its category.

Q:  Will the pricing of these two items change?

A:  No. Pricing will remain the same. While packaging functionality has improved, the formulations and product value remain unchanged.

Q: Is the new packaging fully recyclable?

A: Many components are recyclable, and we continue to evaluate opportunities for more sustainable materials. Customers should check local recycling guidelines for their area.

Q: Will SKUs or barcodes change with the new packaging?

A: Most SKUs will remain the same. However, some packaging updates may require new barcodes. Our internal systems have been updated to reflect these changes — if you experience any issues during ordering, please contact our support team. 

Q: Will orders placed now ship with old or new packaging?

A: Through February 17, orders will be fulfilled with the original white packaging.On February 18–19, shipping will be temporarily paused as the warehouse transitions to the new packaging.Beginning February 20, all orders will ship in the new packaging.

Q: Can I request only new packaging for my order?

A: Orders are processed according to the transition timeline. To ensure you receive the new packaging, please place your order on or after February 20.

Q: Can I continue using photos of the old packaging?

A: We encourage estheticians and spas to begin transitioning to the new imagery as soon as possible to maintain brand consistency. Updated product photography and marketing materials are available in Image Relay.

Q: Will marketing materials or retail displays be updated?

A: Yes. Updated materials — including brochures, posters, digital assets, and shelf talkers — will be available in the Pro Portal on Image Relay.

Q: What’s the biggest retail benefit?

A:  Premium presentation and clearer positioning make products easier to recommend and sell, while reinforcing Circadia’s professional credibility at the retail level.

Q: How should I talk to clients about the new packaging?

A: Reassure them that Circadia’s trusted formulas and science remain the same — only the look has evolved to better reflect our professional, innovative approach. It’s a visual refresh, not a formulation change.

Q: Where can I find official communication or assets about the update?

A: Visit Image Relay for downloadable materials and talking points. 

Q: What if my customers are confused about the new look?

A: We recommend using our updated promotional items, which include a “A New Look. A New Era.” message to reassure clients that Circadia’s formulations and results remain unchanged.
