She supports owners, educators, and students through education, clear communication, and a strong commitment to building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, Chelsea is a wife and mom of two girls. She enjoys board games, video games, reading, and coaching softball.

She earned a bachelor’s degree before following her true calling into esthetics, where she discovered Circadia in 2011. For the past nine years, Emilie has served as an Account Manager at Circadia, blending hands-on treatment experience with deep industry insight to support, educate, and help skincare professionals grow successful businesses.Based in New York, Emilie lives with her husband and two daughters. Jessie is passionate about motivating and building strong teams and helping professionals grow their businesses through meaningful, relationship-driven connections. Shauna is an experienced Manager of Key Accounts and Strategic Partnerships with over 15 years in the beauty industry. In her role at Circadia, she partners closely with all hotels, resorts, destination spas, and multi location and franchise groups with three or more locations across the U.S., helping drive growth through strategic collaboration and education.

A licensed Aesthetician with a Medical Aesthetics Diploma, Shauna is deeply passionate about results driven skincare, customized treatment protocols, and building long term, trust-based client relationships. With eight years at Circadia and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in forensic chemistry, completing in 2026, she brings a unique blend of science, strategy, and heart to every account.

Outside of work, Shauna is a proud dog and cat mom who enjoys hiking, volunteering with her husband at their favorite rescue and experimenting with new recipes.

With over 18 years in the beauty industry, Shauna Zarrin brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and leadership to her role at Circadia. Her career began unexpectedly in retail in 2007, where her drive and talent quickly propelled her to Store Manager. After five years in retail management, she transitioned into outside sales, representing leading haircare and skincare brands while building strong industry relationships.

Shauna joined Circadia in 2022 and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2023 thanks to her strategic vision and exceptional performance. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new dining experiences, indulging in a great glass of red wine, and exploring new cities with family and friends.
